We wish to inform our clients transparently that our real estate agency may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools when providing real estate services.

We primarily use AI as a supporting tool for drafting and processing texts, marketing materials, property presentation materials, administrative tasks, and other activities related to the provision of our services.

The use of AI does not replace the professional work and responsibility of our real estate agency. Outputs created or modified using AI are subject to human review prior to use, and our real estate agency bears responsibility for their final form.

If we use visual, audio, or video content created or significantly modified using AI in a property presentation, this fact will be clearly and distinctly indicated where required by legal regulations.

Likewise, we will transparently disclose the use of AI where required by directly applicable legislation, particularly Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the AI ​​Act).

Personal Data Protection

When using AI tools, we prioritize the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of our clients' information. We do not provide personal data or confidential information to AI tools in a manner that would contravene applicable legal regulations or our obligations toward our clients.

Our goal is to leverage modern technologies to enhance the quality, speed, and efficiency of our services while maintaining professionalism, human oversight, accountability, and the protection of our clients' interests.
